Merrily merrily merrily merrily

I just finished watching Roman Polanski's 1962 debut film Knife in the Water and...wow. I won't go into the details--I'll just say it's a simple but mesmerizing story in that Polanski manages to capture tension and beauty in seemingly mundane events. Definitely a must watch for anyone who likes beatiful photography, bizarre human relationships and sexy/eerie jazz. and since the entire story is set on a cute little sailboat, it's also pretty great retro-nautical inspiration for the summer. Seriously stylish stuff.

Press play for once!!! It's pretty.
