Hello, who is she and why is she so cool?

I am obsessed with this woman and her entire look. While I love the slightly cropped tailored ankle pant that we've been seeing a lot this season...oh man this lady really knows how to do the oversize thing and make it look good. The idea of throwing on an entirely different colored jacket over a matching tweed vest and pant suit is crazy. And the way the navy grey and beige compliment eachother is like whoa. Good for her.

P.S My guess is that she's wearing Veronique Branquinho...any other guesses?
